If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, items need to be returned to us within 7 days, unopened in original packaging. Due to hygiene laws, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened. Postage that has previously been paid on an item will not be refunded and any postage to return an item to us will be the customers responsibility. We recommend that items are returned to us via recorded delivery, as we cannot give a refund if an item is lost in the post. We advise customers to contact us via email before returning an item to see if we can resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved we will give you the return address via email and a return order number which needs to be noted on the return parcel.

Product Availability

All images shown on our site are for illustration purposes only. Please note that some items in our products may vary as it may not be available from our supplier. If this situation does occur, we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. If this is the case, we will ensure that the item is replaced with an item of equal or better value.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched same day or the next working day. Please contact us via email if your order is urgent and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Any orders placed after 2pm or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be sent next working day. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to postal strikes and circumstances beyond our control.

Payments

We accept payments through Paypal and all credit cards listed on our site. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and you can use various payment methods as described in checkout, just follow instructions. When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.

Gift Wrapping

All our Nappy Cakes, bouquets and other gifts will be wrapped in dotted Cellophane then decorated with colour co-ordinated bows. You will also receive an ingredients card and a gift tag with a handwritten message which you can add at checkout.

Packaging

All our products will be securely packaged and sent in a cardboard box.

Safety

Packaging is not a toy and we strongly advise that all tags, cellophane, ribbons, pins and any other packaging items be removed before giving to a child. Some items may need to be attached to the cake via safety pins. Please be extra careful when dismantling the cake to avoid any injury.
